I personally think the diet could be dangerous and might inhabit a person from getting the correct nutrition. We know Adam and Eve didn’t eat meat and sometime before Exodus meat became okay to eat.
What worries me about this diet is that the creator was making a lot of claims about the diet curing cancer and curing other elements. Growing up my mom did not feed us pork or seafood, and I did not have many troubles with allergies, I started having trouble with beef, and the doctor told my mom to feed me pork. It was not a good idea, because I had a reaction against it and my allergies got worst, so did my asthma. We never figure out why it was like that so yes food allergies can show up differently in people. Now my allergy is bad enough to where I eat Jello which isn’t using kosher Gelatin. They claimed this diet could help you loose weight. To be honest I have done the cut all meats, and kosher fish out of my diet in a attempt to lose wait. I became anemic, even though I ate all veggies, and made sure I was eating the high in Iron ones to. I love veggies. I will support a kosher diet because since being back with it my asthma has gotten better, and I have had less break out.
