Getting ready for passover

This is the time of year that my house gets the good cleaning. I figure it best and easiest to do a good cleaning get all the yeast out and find a place for our stuff we haven’t ate yet with yeast. I was looking at some ingredients trying to decide what I will need to remove out of the apartment or put away until after passover. I have a week, but this weekend we are doing a demonstration but I won’t go through the trouble of moving it out just yet.
Passover has to be on of the harder holidays, because it a week of eating a lot of Maztah, it called the bread of affliction. I thank Maztah can hold for close to forever because we have some lift over from last year and it still good not even stall. I am surprise that it not, I was sure it would be.
Tomorrow evening my husband and I will probably go and get our bitter herbs, horseradish, and our apple stuff. That apple stuff is like the best part of Passover, the horseradish wow now that strong tasting. I will need to get my hands on a turkey neck and boil that up since we lost our other bone, maybe one year we’ll have enough money for a actual lamb bone.
Last year I had everyone seating on the floor in the living room because we did not have a large enough table and frankly I think our table would have fall over if we used it. We got a new Kitchen table over Thanksgiving. It is great I love my new table, I can do puzzles on it, and place my computer monitor or laptop on it and not worry about the table falling apart. This is a nice size table so having 5 to 6 people seating at it won’t be a problem.
I have just enough wine glasses to cover everyone for juice and my one extra. This aught to be fun because our friends have done this with us before so this time we probably can be a little more relax.
Tomorrow at the store better pick up a few different wipes . I need to see if I can find my hand washing bowl and decide which pitcher not sure if I should use the glass or plastic one. I will have to decide soon, and then find my glass one where ever that went to.
