Shallow seas
Posted by admin on April 14th, 2008 filed in Faith, TorahToday my husband was listening to something on History. The show brought up the crossing of the Red Sea, and Moshe. Here’s my question, how do they think that Pharaoh’s army drowned if it was in a shallow part of the sea.
I am sorry that just does not make since, if the water was over the Israelites head, and over Pharaoh’s arm heads then this would not have happen in a shallow part of the sea. Where did it happen I don’t exactly now but I know it didn’t happen in shallow water.
It is amazing how scientist and people will try to disprove G-d or the Bible, but then in the end they find proof of the disasters or events happening. They are doing fairly well at proving the Bible which they are trying to disprove.
They tired saying the killing of the First born, was by amthrax, I don’t think this is right because if I understood the Exodus everything happened right back to back and Amthrax takes a bit to settle in. I think it would have taken longer then just a few days. To cause the lungs trouble it would take a while, at least with how I have understood them, so something just doesn’t add up with their math.
I believe that the sea was parted by the Hand of G-d, because people don’t just drowned in shallow water.
This was the last thing that happened with Pharaoh and Israel, after that Israel would be going through the desert. G-d lead them through the way he knew that they would not have became fearful, he didn’t want them returning into their slavery. We all know why they ended up being in the desert for 40 yrs but G-d provided for them and lead them where they needed to go just like
patch panels they send there signals where they need to go.
