Finding things to be thankful for

Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in everything that is going wrong or isn’t going the best. It easy to say I don’t have this or that, or I can’t do this or that because I don’t have the means to do it. Sometimes we need to think about the small things which don’t seem that important or that big to help us out of our rut of everything isn’t perfect. Sometimes this is hard expecially when the world has a lot of not so positive things to focus on, but sometimes there are good things.
I am thankful that my husband and I have been able to make rent each month even if it been a little on the late side for a couple months. I am thankful that on Saturday morning I received a call to lower one of my credit card payments. Never get a credit card with someone else, that my lesson in this mess. I will still have it payed off in 5 years but now I have no interest to pay.
I am thankful that G-d has lead me to a couple of good mechanics one of which is willing to let me work for him to pay him off.
I am thankful that some day my husband and I will be able to take a real vacation to somewhere like St. Barts villa rentals or somewhere we want to go. I am thankful for the people who G-d lead my way gave me people who understand where I am coming from.
