Won’t be the same

My Rabbi is probably going to be starting a new congregation soon, closer to my husband and I. I had a few people ask if we was going to move over or stay. One of the people who asked me is a pretty good friend, she a sweet older lady. I told her oh we will be staying but if we lift you’d forget all about us. We’d become like figments of the imagination. I was joking but she didn’t find it funny. I guess it wasn’t funny.
She had told me it wouldn’t be the same here with out you. Well she might have a point, and I hope not to many people move over to the new congregation because there have been a lot of friendship building and getting close to others. I was asked by someone brought in through our radio program where I lived. I told them and they asked if I would be moving over. I told them probably not unless G-d where to direct my husband and I to move over.
When Rabbi has spoke about this new congregation it’s always has seemed like he does not want us to devide and wants us to stay put where we are at. I think this is good, but at the same time there will be some people moving over. I just hope there won’t be a huge devide there shouldn’t be because I don’t see any real conflicts happening. Hopefully he can get his new congregation started her because it be nice to have more groups similar to us.
I don’t know of any churches who need a diet pill, now I know plenty who need some redirection of their doctorine.
