let me sleep

I am getting a little sick of being woke up by either my hubby or his dad, both of them don’t get how I could get cranky. Lets see maybe hubby can make it on 3 hours of sleep and nap for a hour at night or maybe 2 then sleep later but I can’t. Maybe his father can sleep all day long but I can’t not know since I got a new job. I need sleep, and not getting it, if I am not staying up late to spend time with my husband, dad is waking me up early in the morning at least a few times. So today I got cranky with them both, because I didn’t want the dog out to wake me up before my alarm went off, I wanted to rest and have quiet time, but I never get it.
I love shadow, she will have captured my heart too.. It seems I have a problem and I am not sure how to solve it. Shadow has decided to state a claim on me. Lately when I leave the dogs is looking for me, and last night because I went somewhere and the dog saw me she threw a fit and pretty much stayed near the front door until I got home. The first place she goes in the morning is to me. This worries me because of Otis already claiming me as territory and them pee in my clothes which Otis hasn’t done, he always threw up in them. Gonna have to get everything off the floor before they start thinking that a good idea. Animals are special, and when they are made to trust humans it’s our responsibility to take care of them.
If something happens to dad, I will work on keeping the dog with us, because I can tell how attached she is to the rest of the family. My concern that she just so much choice me in a way that strange since she mostly been with dad. My husband is wondering if the person who kicked her and blinded her might be a boy and not a woman because she seems to want little to do with men.
Shadow will lose her eye because of this, I know my hubby or his dad wouldn’t hurt shadow and shadow goes to them with no problems. But I guess she just acting more attached to me which means Otis must feel threaten some.. Although Otis seems to be okay with it right now.
