The church is the people in it

Recently our Rabbi has started another congregation. It has been going very well and we have already needed to move out of the building we started in back a few months ago. This is a good sign, and our Passover Sadar will probably bring in more believers to the fold. When we moved dad was asking questions about who would be the new minester over there, at the building we lift. We had to explain to him that leadership would remain the same, and that the building wouldn’t be used by us but the people would be at the new building.
Sometimes it is so easy to forget that the church is the body of believers not the building it self. Now I will say I do not believe it is okay to leave the building a mess or in disorrey, because it’s a place where we worship G-d, so it should be keep clean. G-d gave His expectations on what is required of his people, and I believe it’s important to keep the building clean. Just like our faces if we know about it we aren’t going to go outside with our faces cover in dirt. Unless we are children or are in need of a serious acne treatment.
