mine is mine your’s is mine

Don’t get me wrong I do not mind sharing but I am kind of getting tired of sharing with my hubby and him acting like what’s his is his, and whats mine is his too, but not the other way around. The other day he told me I was being shelfish because I was done talking about political stuff, because I felt that we where just arguing or on our way to it. I do not want to fight with him and felt we had both shared our opinion and didn’t need to further discuss it. Why discuss it if he feels strongly his way and I feel how I do can’t we just except each others difference and leave them be. So he told me I was being shelfish because I no longer wanted to talk about the subject. It not like I am asking him for his blue acne light, or something, I am just asking him to share the way I do.
When his computer breaks down I have always offered him my desktop when my laptop worked well. I even gave him my old laptop which doesn’t work the best and has no anti virus, but he acts like its a crime to ask if i can use his computer. What ever happened to sharing with one and other and making sure everyone needs are met does it not apply to the wife too.
