Don’t go with pressure
Posted by admin on October 15th, 2010 filed in UncategorizedThe other day I talked to a friend about not going when G-d hasn’t said go. They felt pressured by someone to do something they did not feel G-d had called them to do. Now there are different types of pressure the one by man, or the one by G-d. When pressure is by G-d it feels different and maybe scary and exciting. When pressure comes from man then it can feel threatening or uncomfortable. I told my friend she needed to tell the leaders she would not go because she had felt G-d hadn’t told her to go. Now this being said I am not saying those who are leaders over us shouldn’t be treated with respect but we need to make sure our leaders aren’t leading us astray. It is easy for us to listen and do what we feel our leaders want because we trust them, but at the same time we need to learn to hear G-d voice too. If G-d hasn’t called us somewhere even if our leaders are telling us to go its okay to say no. We’d know if a leader told us to get
