Interesting, I wonder why

Today in Hebrew class I learned something. Et which is alaph tav in Hebrew as far as my teacher knows is not with any curses. It uses the first and last letter of the alephbet. It is a preposition or directional type of word. Kindof like the web hosting reviews of hebrew here. Maybe in the scripture G-d wanted to remind us he is the first and last, beginning and end. Et is normally translated as the or some close word to it. I might decided to take that word and look for all the times its used and see if there ever any discipline or curses used with it.
