Passover won’t be to bad
Posted by admin on March 30th, 2011 filed in UncategorizedI have noticed on a lot of my gluten free noodles and other things, that they do not use yeast or leaving agents. This is interesting because everything that has wheat in it that I used to eat I could not eat it for passover. I also found a good web site which helps find recipes, it it featured a whole section of gluten free passover meals. Well my supervisor gave it to me. I am happy she did, its Foodgawker, it is worth it for people like me.
I am starting to adjust well to my new diet I still miss my pretzels at the Mall, I get to miss them like a jeux xbox which is fun. Just a couple more weeks then passover will be here, and I get the last day of passover off, because easter happens to fall around the same time which makes it easier. I got the first day off of work to but I had to request it off. I feel bad because it will leave them short staffed in the morning but they can handle it, we’ve dealt with it before with others being gone.
