What’s the next step

My husband and I have decided to move from here after our lease. Eventually I would love to own my own home with him, because it would be ours and we pretty much can do what we want. I have been looking on mortgage broker in Calgary site, it nice, and fairly easy to find information. I decided playing with the calculator, to find out what kind of property we can have depending on what our income is, it a little cluttered with preentered information, I would like it better if it allowed me to entire it on my own. It does allow you to change the fields and it is easy to use, so its a plus.
They offer mortgage renewal but like any other mortgage company it depends on your credit if they will accept you. This is common practice but at least on their website they do say they can refer you to a company who can help you. My husband and I are at least a few years from getting a new home, it all depends on his writing and how well I do in my profession. I think its fun to look at things. They also offer debt consolidation which doesn’t help us with student loans since that our only debt.
